If an ambassador quits, do they need to return or pay for the kit?

No, ambassadors who wish to step down do not need to pay for or return the kit. However, in case you haven't received the onboarding kit yet and are planning to discontinue the program, please let us know well in advance so we can handle the logistics smoothly.
